When I think about it, I’ve been doing this cooking and dining quite a lot over my lifetime. Yes … I’m that old! But don’t worry, this business about cooking and dining is timeless and ageless, and it’s not about getting a quick bite from a shop counter, throwing some substance into a microwave oven, going out to a fancy restaurant as a treat, or something like that. Single dining is so much more, and the rewards of the effort are there within us. Single Dining 02: The Day After! Sunday November 6, 2011. © Li Sam, Guernsey. The next day, Sunday, started with fireworks! Well, I was indeed up late yesterday; that happens sometimes when I write. But I don’t mind. After single dining I like to spend my writing time exploring the boundaries of my imagination, to the amusement (or horror) of my editor.
